Skill-first approach

Built around real conversation skills

Synaro is structured around what the user needs to improve: clarity, relevance, control, empathy, objection handling and next-step discipline.

Clear response

Whether the user explains ideas simply, without vague or overloaded answers.

Relevant answer

Whether the user responds to the actual blocker, question or situation.

Conversation control

Whether the user keeps the dialogue focused and moves it toward a useful step.

Repeatable growth

Whether feedback leads to the next drill instead of staying as a one-time comment.

Persona design

Personas are designed, tuned and calibrated

Each Persona can be built with a role, behavior pattern, knowledge boundary, difficulty level and evaluation rules. The goal is controlled practice, not random conversation.

Role

Who the Persona represents: prospect, client, candidate, manager, coach or reviewer.

Behavior

How the Persona reacts: skeptical, rushed, emotional, careful, direct, resistant or curious.

Difficulty

How hard the conversation should be, from easy practice to strong pushback.

Evaluation rules

What the system should watch for when scoring answers and suggesting improvements.

Scenario

Handle a price objection after discovery

Sales
User role
Sales manager

Needs to clarify the price concern before arguing value.

Persona role
Skeptical buyer

Compares Synaro with internal training and worries about ROI.

Hidden blocker
Budget risk

The buyer is not against the product, but fears weak adoption.

Success signal
Next step

The user agrees a concrete follow-up instead of ending vaguely.

Scenario structure

A scenario is more than a topic

A useful training scenario contains context, roles, constraints, hidden blockers, expected skills and success criteria. This helps Synaro keep practice focused and feedback practical.

Situation User role Persona role Goal Constraints Hidden objections Success criteria
Evaluation

Feedback is tied to observable behavior

The evaluation layer should help users understand what happened in the conversation and what to practice next.

Clarity

Was the answer understandable?

82

Relevance

Did the user address the real issue?

76

Control

Did the conversation move forward?

68

Empathy

Was the other side acknowledged?

71

Question quality

Did the user ask useful questions?

64

Next step

Did the session end with action?

Progress loop

Improvement should be visible over time

One session is useful. Repeated sessions become much stronger when Synaro can show trends, weak spots and recommended next drills.

Synaro Lab

A practical methodology behind Personas and feedback

Synaro Lab is the internal approach for designing Personas, building scenarios, calibrating difficulty, evaluating skills and turning feedback into repeated improvement.

Design

Persona role, scenario context, behavior pattern and success criteria.

Calibrate

Difficulty, tone, resistance level and expected conversation dynamics.

Evaluate

Skill scoring, conversation review, transcript signals and feedback notes.

Improve

Next drills, repeated practice, trend tracking and manager visibility.

Use cases

The method works at different levels

The same core structure can support one person practicing alone, a team lead tracking growth, or a company adapting Synaro to its internal process.

Individual practice

Users train personal skills, repeat difficult scenarios and review feedback after each session.

Team training

Managers assign scenarios, monitor progress and identify repeated weak spots across users.

Enterprise setup

Custom Personas, integrations, reporting, permissions and private setup can be discussed by request.
